Hestia

Hestia provides emotional and practical support to women and their children living in Hillingdon who are experiencing domestic abuse

Provide ongoing advocacy support via Floating Support, refuge accommodation and support groups

Services in Hillingdon include:

  • Modern slavery response - outreach support & safehouse accommodation
  • Mental Health - Cove Cafe drop-in service where residents aged 16+ can go if they are experiencing a mental health crisis - open Mon - Sun 2-10pm 365 days a year

Women and Girls Network (WGN)

Funded by London Councils - which Hillingdon Borough contributes to,  under the Ascent project to provide a freephone Sexual Violence Helpline.

Free and confidential emotional support for anyone in London who self identifies as a woman (aged 14+) and has been effected by any form of sexual violence at any time in their lives

Survivors can access the Helpline as a one off or on an ongoing basis

The Helpline also provides support to friends and family of survivors, as well as professionals, to help them understand how best to support survivors of sexual violence

National Domestic Violence Helpline

Are you experiencing domestic abuse? You are not alone. The Helpline can help you find a refuge vacancy for you and your children; call us them more information.
