As PCN Operations Lead, I Lead on and implement services within our Primary Care Network (PCN) to ensure they are run effectively. Working alongside the Clinical Directors, PCN Manager our member practices and stakeholders, I aim to deliver the best possible care and improve the health and wellbeing for all our patients in Hayes and Harlington.

I work in Collaboration with other services such as The Confederation Hillingdon and North West London CCG. I am a qualified Pharmacy Technician and have 8 years of Primary Care, Secondary Care and Community pharmacy experience.
